You must also be 18 years of age and over to attend our events.

- BRP card or Home Office approved ID cards with the ‘PASS’ hologram on
Please note, you must bring the original document as we can not accept photocopies.

I have a question about an event, who should I contact?
If you have a question that relates to the event itself then you'll need to speak with the event organiser - please email greenwichsu@gre.ac.uk. native are the website provider and can help you with any technical questions but they won't be able to help with event specific information that only the event organisers would know.
I have a question about my ticket or account, who should I contact?
native can help with questions related to your tickets, your account or any other technical question then message the chat and let them know as much information as possible.
When do events start?
Each event has specific timings as seen on each specific event, however generic late club night events start at 10pm. Check each event listing to see the start and end times of each event.
What is last entry?
Last entry is the latest time you will be allowed access into our venue for events (if you present a ticket and valid ID). Each event has last entry times specified within their own event information, so check each event listing to see the last time you can enter an event at our venues.
Do I need to have ID?
ID scanning is a condition of entry for ALL club nights in any Greenwich Students' Union licensed venue.

Welcome 2024 - information for University of Greenwich students
Welcome is your intro to our venues at Greenwich Students’ Union (GSU).
There’s one Wristband to rule them all! Pay £20 and you can get entry to the following headline events across our three campuses:
Included in your official wristband pass:
- Traffic Light Party x Wavey Wednesday
- Bollywood Night @ Greenwich and Medway
- Afrobeat Night @ Greenwich and Medway
- Live Music Night @ Greenwich and Avery Hill
- Wavey Wednesday x Y2K vs Pop Bangers
- KA Caribbean Club Night
You can also buy tickets to individual events as you choose.
If you want to check out your (new) favourite venue during Welcome and just go to events on one campus, then you can still get a discount on tickets – basically, the more you buy, the more you save!
Please note, the discount only applies when tickets are bought for events in the same venue (either the Lower Deck in Greenwich or The Deep End in Medway)
How to buy tickets:
- Login at gsuwelcome.natve.fm, using your University ID. If you’re a new student coming to the University of Greenwich, then you may need to set up a Guest Account to make a purchase until your University ID is ready.
- Once logged in, buy what you like!
- You will receive email confirmation of your purchase, and then a QR code for your Wristband and/or tickets.
- This QR code will be scanned at each venue to enter.
Welcome 2024 - information for Kent and Canterbury students
Welcome is your intro to The Deep End at Medway.
This venue is run by Greenwich Students’ Union (GSU) on behalf of Kent Union and Christ Church Students’ Union for all students based at and near Medway.
If you want to check out your (new) favourite venue during Welcome, you can buy tickets to individual events as you choose. However, the more you buy, the more you save! You’ll get a discount when you buy tickets for more than one event.
Please note, the discount only applies when tickets are bought for events in the same venue (i.e. only events in The Deep End in Medway)

Where are the majority of the events in the ProudtobeGre Pass?
Most events will be held at our main campus in Greenwich. However, during the Welcome period, the pass grants access to all club nights across our three campuses, including Medway and Avery Hill.
